Send a list of players on your team who are willing to substitute on another team if they are short players to Bill Mossa, the Player Agent.  Player Agent will create a pool from this list of players who can be assigned when you are short.  Player Agent will assign the substitute player to your team for the game when you need one. The guidelines for how this process will work are found on page 34 of the Official Regulations and Playing Rules. Please note that substitute players are not allowed to pitch.

You cannot start or continue a game with less than 9 players (Rule 4-17).
